Business Update
WoodCo Renewable Energy Ltd (“WoodCo”) has commenced a Small Company Administrative Rescue Process (SCARP) under Irish law.
This is a formal restructuring process designed to support the ongoing operation and future focus of the business. WoodCo continues to operate while this process is ongoing, working closely with its advisors to manage the process in an orderly and structured manner.
As part of this process, the business is progressing the completion of existing biomass projects and managing an orderly transition of related biomass activities. Customers may choose to engage Clearpower Limited directly for ongoing services, with the intention of supporting continuity where required.
WoodCo’s core focus going forward is on its Solar PV operations, which continue to be delivered as normal.
WoodCo remains actively engaged with its customers, suppliers, and partners, and will communicate directly with any stakeholders where relevant.

Notice of the appointment of a Process Adviser pursuant to section 558J of the Companies Act 2014
Pursuant to the passing of a resolution of the board of Directors of Woodco Renewable Energy Limited, Company Number 601290, on 27 April 2026, and being satisfied that Eoin Massey of Friel Stafford is qualified in accordance with Section 633 of the Companies Act 2014 (the “Act”) for appointment as a Process Adviser, Eoin Massey has been appointed as Process Adviser of the Company, in accordance with section 558E of the Act for the purpose of preparing a Rescue Plan in accordance with the provisions of Part 10A of the Act.
