Patricia Moore
Dr. Patricia Moore works in the area of Space Technology and joined Mindseed in 2019 to work with client companies to address key technology challenges. Patricia has expertise in computer IOT systems and is driving the link between the Biogenic Processor and Space Technology. Patricia has 15 years’ engineering experience and prior to joining the Mindseed team was an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering and Computing at Dublin City University.
Ger Crosse
Ger has spearheaded the growth of Woodco from its founding as a start-up, drawing on his extensive connections in the UK and international markets and managing the Business Development and Finance functions. Previously, Ger took on roles such as Financial Controller at Irish food multinationals Kerry Group plc and Glanbia plc, project manager in the Caribbean in the telecom sector and also joined Dr. Tony Ryan (founder of Ryanair) in project managing the start-up of Ryan’s Kentucky-based bloodstock interests and stud farm. Ger returned to Ireland in 2003 to become Commercial Manager at UK Logistics Company TDG plc., prior to joining the Crosse family’s oil boiler manufacturing firm in 2005 and co-founding Wood Energy Solutions with his brother Declan in 2011. Ger is a Business Studies (BBS) Honours graduate from Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT), Ireland, Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) from Dublin Business School and holds an International Sales Diploma from UCD Smurfit Business School.
Mark McCarville
Mark McCarville founded Mindseed in 2011 to work with client companies to develop and pursue market opportunities in the space technology sector in Ireland. Mark has 30 years’ experience in the telecoms industry and has worked to open up the space sector for client companies, primarily through linking space and ground technology and securing ESA funding.
Declan Crosse
Declan Crosse is the driving force behind innovation with the Biogenic Processor. As Technical Director of Woodco, Declan manages the product design activities and is responsible for creating Woodco’s highly differentiated product range. As a Bachelor of Science (Construction Management) graduate from WIT, and a member of Engineers Ireland, Declan’s early career was as project manager on a number of large building projects in Ireland, before establishing his own construction business in 1999. Declan is a recognised expert in biomass boiler development, through his unique experience from design and manufacturing through to the technical support of his products.
Aleksandr Sidorov
Alex is responsible for R&D and automation design in Woodco. Alex holds a Ph D in Automation and Technological Processes and production from the Russian State Aviation Technical University. Alex also holds aa BA in Economics & Management. A native of St Petersburg, Russia Alex was CTO at JSC Scientific Production Association working on Large scale power plants and Director of Commissioning Performance at LLC NG Energo working on diesal power plants in the Oil & Gas industry.
Alex is presently working on Woodco’s decentralised biogenic refinery and mCHP project which is a Joint Woodco/ESA (European Space Agency) project.
